Field marble mosaics are mesh-mounted sheets of 324 pieces tiles for use in art and as an architectural covering. The tiles dimensions are 15mm x 15mm x 10mm (5/8 inch x 5/8 inch x 3/8 inch), and each sheet is 1 square foot (305 x 305mm, 12 inch x 12 inch). The tiles are using by sheet or it can be pulled from the fiberglass sheets to be used individually, but wear gloves to minimize scratching your hands and fingertips.

As a reference, other than 15mm chips, 10mm, 20mm, 23mm, 25mm, 50mm etc., and other shape like rectangle, round, oval, basket weave, pinwheel, split face etc. are all available in product series or customization.

According to the surface treatment, Polished, Tumbled,（Matt） are available. The polished mosaic is made from the polished marble material by machine cut to specific size chip directly, when you put the polished chip to roller to reach a further round edge, matt surface at similar wear degree effect, it called Tumbled (Matt) finish. The size of the tumbled mosaics and the roundness/sharpness of the corners will vary based on the hardness of the stone. Softer stone tumbles faster than harder stone.

Other varieties of stone are used to provide colors not available in marble, The colors will vary by batch for several reasons, but mainly because it is a natural material that varies from quarry to quarry and even within the same quarry. Expect variation in product color, pattern, size, and roundness at the corners.
